Thanks for following along on this guys. He or they are finally done. two of them are en route to sunny australia. lucky bastards.Bombshell is built using the oversized KO version of the g1 mold. The crotch, thighs and knees come from movie wreckage. The forearms belong to excellion. The hands, upper arm covers, shins and feet are gundam. The head is scratchbuilt over gundam eyes. The insect legs are lego atlantis crab legs over metal ball joints. the weapons on the forearms are modded from rotf breakaway. paints used were duplicolor, testors lacquers, modelmaster enamels and future clear coat. I designed the decals and had them printed by the always reliable Boggs.
The base is a plaster casting of a model railroad scenic rock and I used various inks and paints to get the realistic rock look. The grass/moss and the trees/branches are also scenic model railroad stuff glued and clear coated into place.

I see.... robot, upgraded with articulation, original bug.. thing... mode... WHATEVER, upgraded with firepower, custom paint, and legs that make more sense. Great job, although unless they are locked or something, i Personaly would add one more lego joint to each leg, but that is just me.

thank you. no, you're right they should have one more limb on them but I tested it in robot mode and they looked better shorter. had to go with robot mode.

Seems like the insect legs need one more length to them.

yeah, they "should" be. I did try them out but I was going with the robot mode on this one. and they looked better one link shorter.
