Description
Ok I cheated on the background. I tried to make it but it looked like crap. The car is all Gradient Mesh.It took me 95 hours to do this. I know your thinking why so long? Its my first Gradient Mesh and I wanted to make sure it looked perfect. I know theres a few flaws in it but I think it came out great for being my first one.
To make it I used Adobe Illustrator CS5
There is 88 layers in this Gradient Mesh.
There is over a 1000 dots in this Gradient Mesh. You can find the wire frame photo at [link]
I hope everyone likes it. Leave a coment please and fav if you like it.

I only learned Adobe Illustrator 7, and it is hard to make anything look of worth. I know nothing about the program you used to make this, but this looks awesome!

Turned out pretty good. When you work on things like the tires, use your ellipse tool to get the shape of the tire and use the mesh minimally first, then add more lines as needed. Some sections you might have put too much mesh in there (i.e. the hood area). You can tell when your shadows start to look like squares instead of streaks of light. But all and all, it looks good Kelley.
