Description
Bastion Square at about 8pm at night as a small blizzard hit Victoria, BC in December 2008. I walked through it on foot to take photos of the city at night in the snow (until it became too hard to photograph and I put the camera away for the hike back to the other side of the Inner Harbour).

The only things that were open were a couple of Starbucks coffee shops and some bars.
