Description
There's not one but two fountains outside of the Bay Centre in downtown Victoria, BC. There's one facing the street and one with a small stone courtyard outside of a Starbucks.

I took this shot with two different exposures, one with normal light and one for white scenes (snow) to see how they would turn out.

Taken December 2008, just before a small blizzard hit.
