Cabbage and Potato soup and cup of coffee the coffee is three sisters made by kicking horse out of BC. the soup has no dairy no meat in it just simple good to eat.

the soup

add water in a pot for how much going to make.
tablespoon olive
one medium potato peeled chopped
one medium onion chopped no skin on it
half of cabbage chopped
two carrots peeled chopped
add salt and black pepper or ground black pepper
teaspoon of garlic
half of cup of cheery tomatoes

cook in pot till everything is tender and soft.
