I will consider any requests, but I have a few more that take priority, so it might be a little bit before I get yours done. Also, there are some things I'm not comfortable with drawing (mostly NSFW and fetish art) so I might reject any requests based on what they are, but at the very least I'll take your request under consideration! I'll be honest, I almost said no because the dress looks very complicated to draw with all the frills and folds and such, but I think it was the dress that made me decide I'll do it. It'll be good practice, I think. So yeah, I'll do it! 
I currently have 4 people waiting for their requests, so I need to get those done before I work on yours, but I'll send you a note when it's finished.
