I didn't mean for him to be so worried originally, haha! In the original sketch, tho, I absent-mindedly drew his tail in a bit of a knot, and then decided to run with the idea of a tail wound up from stress. Might be a little ooc, hehe, but every time I try to draw Chat, he seems to find a way to be unhappy XD

I wonder what has him so frazzled?
