An RP with Shadowcliff, Aspenstar, and Coconutkit~

Coconutkit bounced over to her mommy. She smiled up to her. "Hey momma!" She squeaked.

"Hello Coconutkit" Aspenstar returned her smile and chuckled lightly "How are you sweetheart? Not causing any trouble I hope."

"Nope. I did find a butterfly, though!" Coconutkit remembered seeing it, though why it was near so many kits was beyond her.

The queen's ears perked up with interest "A butterfly, huh? Did you let it live?" Aspenstar chuckled lightly at the thought of her daughter defending the nursery with such bravery.

"I had to. I couldn't jump that high. It was pretty though." Coconutkit remembered it. It wasn't very colorful, but it's wings are graceful, and flowing.

"Ah well, I'm sure you'll get it next time." Aspenstar nuzzled her daughters cheek, purring loudly with pride. "Would you care to go for a walk?" she prompted her little warrior.

"That would be fun!" Coconutkit mewed, standing up.

"Alright, adventure~" Aspenstar exclaimed as she rose to her paws. She hovered her tail over Coconutkit, letting her know that it was nearby if she needed it and started padding towards the nursery entrance.

Coconutkit bounced after, happy to spend some time with her mother. "Adventures are fun!"

Aspenstar closed an eye as the brisk breeze swiftly rained down on her. She looked back to make sure that her daughter was alright and smiled to let her know that it was alright. The small leader moved her tail closer to her daughter in fear that she might freeze to death just as Sandbreeze's kits had.

"Let's go get some fresh kill and head into the warriors den. Most of them will be out and I'm sure there's lots to explore~" Aspenstar suggested.

"I am hungry..." Coconutkit mewed as she perused the pile for a mouse. It was the only thing she could carrry without tripping.

Aspenstar purred in amusement as she saw how round her daughter was compared to the limp mouse she was carrying. "Would you like help, sweetheart?" She offered.

Shadowcliff glanced over his shoulder, down at the view of the territory from the cliff, there was movement closer to the border, was it possible that Talonstar was starting to pull back.

A soft voice and a smaller higher one caught his attention, he turned to see Aspenstar and Coconutkit by the freshkill pile.
"Hey" he smiled, padding over to join them.

Not being too picky about her own piece of fresh kill, Aspenstar picked up a rabbit. Hmm? Aspenstar's ears perked up as she heard a voice behind her. "Ah, hey Shadowcwiff." The queen greeted her friend through the clumps of fur in her mouth. "Would you wike to join Cocowutkit and wI in the wawwiors den?" Aspenstar rolled her eyes at how ridiculous she sounded.

Shadowcliff smiled, glancing between Coconutkit and Aspentstar, "Sure" he purred, fishing through the freshkill pile for something for himself.
Picking out a mouse that someone must have found near the Leafclan border, he bowed his head to them before picking it up.
"If you might let a gentleman like myself to escort you two lovely ladies to the Warrior's Den, it would make me very happy," he grinned jokingly at Coconutkit as he picked up the mouse from the pile.

Aspenstar chuckled at the warriors offer and quickly placed her rabbit down. "Hmm... What do you think, Coconutkit? Should we let this gentlemen escort us?" She winked at her daughter with a smile.

Coconutkit giggled, puting her mouse down. "That'd be nice!" She squeaked as she continued to laugh.

With a formal nod and smile, Shadowcliff urged the two to follow him to the Warrior's Den. Putting his mouse down by the ledge so that he could pick up Coconutkit to help her down, before jumping back up to retrieve his mouse.

"Right this way ladies" he purred happily, leading them over to his nest that was quite near to the back where they'd be sheltered from the wind.
