Charred Skeever Hide, Mudcrab Chitin and Hawk feathers all cure disease. If I'm not mistaken, the chitin also helps to cure your stamina.

Yeah, that's the King of the Mudcrabs. He's great! Have you seen any of the comics where the mudcrabs have tophats and monacles? I want to say ~Sir-Douglas-of-Fir has them in his comic. It's from a mod where you can have all the mudcrabs look like that, and it's just hilarious.
