Original Character commission for , based of an adoptable that she bought off of me. I was given free reign on the design with very few restrictions, and this is what I came up with. As per usual, if there's anything you want to change, *i-pandori , feel free to edit things
An intelligent, trouble making mare that likes to act tough but is really quite soft natured deep down pretty much sums her up.

Name: Eripui (Latin for 'Free')
Gender: Mare
Age: 12
Breed: Australian Stock Horse X Unknown (possibly thoroughbreds, quarter horses, and appaloosas in lineage)
Colour: Black (Grulla?) with snowflake blanket, blaze, 4 even stockings, and excessive dark points.
Scars: Brands on both shoulders
Temperament: Stubborn, argumentative and untrusting, towards other horses she doesn't know, and will avoid most humans to great lengths. Not an unsociable horse as such, as she is very loyal to those she trusts; she's just very wary of others until she sees reason to trust them. Due to her high curiosity, she often gets herself in to trouble situations - however her matching intelligence tends to help her figure her way out of it again. A huge downside to her intelligence is she bores easily of others and not using her mind, which spurs on her curiosity even more. She is exceptional at problem-solving. She likes open spaces, but can handle being in inclosed areas - however escape is always the first thing on her mind, and she will keep trying new things if old tricks don't work - and as a 12 year old she has many tricks up her sleeve. Many other horses tire of her sarcastic and degrading nature, but some find it in themselves to see through her facade and accept what she has become.
History: Eripui was originally bred on a station, her dam was from a long line of exceptional crossbred working horses and her sire was a well known Australian Stock Horse stallion. She was raised around humans, and broken in as a yearling. When she was two she was trained to work stock, and from the age of three was used for mustering - she never made the show grade horse as she bored easily of repetition and would rear, bolt, buck, and do anything to rid herself of her rider, making her impossible to take to events - however she was never a nasty tempered horse and never tried to hurt anyone on purpose. She was sold as a 5 year old, however in response to over-used spurs and whips that were un-needed the mare escaped, and being a cheap buy that no one liked to try and ride, she was never pursued.
In her freedom she became feral, and hateful towards humans. However she gets bored easily and always finds herself ranging close to stations and any other troubles she can find - a favourite past time being to open any gates with easy latches that she comes across - but promptly manages to figure out escape plans when in strife. So far she has not settled with a herd, nor bred any foals.
