Its not a griffin, its a loftwing from The Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword, which is just a oddly colored and larger/ride-able version of a bird called a Shoebill.
BUT it would make an awesome griffin!

This drawing is incredibly dynamic! The loftwing looks like it's carrying a lot of weight that could push people around so easily. Incredible work! Skyward Sword is one of my favourite Zelda games <3
