FULL VIEW FOR DETAILS...PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!My Halloween piece. I love this story, in most of it's forms. The psychological material fascinates me to no end. I have an obsession with the nature of good and evil, and all that jazz, as some of you may well know. I also am very fond of the musical too.
Anyways, I must say that these two pictures were a b*tch to meld into one, and it took me over a week to finish, because like an idiot I tried to color and shade BOTH characters at the SAME time, in the hopes that they would on some level, resemble each other closely enough to be believed as ultimatly the same person in the end as the story points out. I think I succeeded.
And I have to say, I love that hat, Mr. Hyde is just not the same without it.

Well, it's certainly worth reading as a classic story that's influenced a lot of today's culture, and well written, though you might be a tad surprised at how different it is from all the theater and film adaptations. I'll certainly reccommend it though. Thanks for the comment and the fav!

I too love that story, though the book confuses the hell out of me...
I love how Jekyll looks, so ...I dunno... naΓ―ve? innocent? Dabbling in very baddish stuff? Anyway, he looks good!
I still love the way you do hair and eyes, they're so shiny, and really stand out beautifully!

Yeah...The book is kind of tricky to follow... I did try to make Jekyll look naive, and a bit unsure, after all, he is risking himself as a human guinea pig... Thanks.
