~Shaucker requested I draw this yesterday (yes, I realized I wasn't supposed to take anymore requests, but this one sounded easier than the others, so I went ahead and drew it).So, yeah, it's Cosmo and Philip, his nickel. He named it Philip and it's a girl, from my understanding.
I haven't seen the episode with him and the coin, however.Anywho, hope you like! I decided to create my own background. Yay.
Time: 30 minutes to outline, about 2 hours to color.

Haha, thank you! Philip, to me, is just a shiny grey circle. I would've drawn more, but I have no clue what else she looked like. Coulda put her in a dress, but that would've been too much.
