This is a case of weird inspiration.A side ad on my Comics page had a picture of a "Ringmaster" costume form JCP. Intrigued, I followed the link and found the costume was a Halloween piece showing up in an ad almost a month later. I liked it enough to make a passable facsimile though. The Ringmistress leads a circus of acrobats, clowns (shudder) and other performers in their criminal activities. And like a GOOD ringmaster, she has a "command voice" which can control minds and a body that can stupefy!Related content

Well, she certainly knows how to draw attention with that cape and that hat. And especially that bustier and fishnets!

She's pretty cool - I like the fancy uniform and hat. Very classy, I always enjoy classy baddies who do things with a bit of style

A circus has folks with a variety of talents that can easily be used for criminal activities. I would say Ditko's Circus of Crime was a forerunner of this back in the 60's, but the Ringmaster is second rate compared to the Ringmistress.

Always a fun idea and the fact it was inspired by a Halloween costume makes me ask. Is the Robin coloring part of the look ? Is she inspired by teenage sidekicks ?
