Often these were slated to be destroyed but the fact is that corrupt officials managed to sell some items and a nice personal profit. Others just "disappeared" The Robo Shark was a project of Soviet Science, which was absorbed by the Spartakist League. In a terror attempt at the Port of Queen City (Hey river cities have ports too) a mini shark was launched, in the hopes of toppling the banking and insurance industries in downtown Queen City.

White Owl dove into the Big Muddy to wrestle the robot, and save the city from disaster. But would she be in time?
