Just re-submitting this for print. I didn't want the dedication stuff on the print of course.

Lots of work went into this piece. I spent about 6-8 hours on it...getting all details right etc... You can view an up close view here: [link]

At first this was going to be a guitar piece. I was going to do one like my previous guitar but instead of a white background I wanted a little color this time around and the guitar was going to be sitting in the corner. I had never worked with this color scheme before but I had seen it around on deviantart and thought i would give it a swing too. But, when Clay's grandfather died and I wanted to do a tribute I thought a white dove was fitting and decided to scrap the guitar idea for now and work with the dove. I originally wanted it to be flying straight up but I just couldn't get the dynamics I wanted that way so I went for a semi flying straight up position. And then of course you know me ^_^ gotta have those ribbony things and such. And of course, if you know me even better, gotta have the hearts. Finally to add to the uniqueness of this dove I wanted to create weird floral patterns to put on the ends of it's "tails" so I choose paisley designs to vector. Overall I think it came out great ^_^ and I think the family will like it ^_^
