Description
Well this picture only took forever to make. Had to do it in two renders. First took over 9 hours. The second took over 70 hours. 80 hours total in rendering. Worst part is that I accidentally turned off my PC 2 days into the 70 hour render. Doh! Had to start the render from scratch.Thank to Scanner for the awesome model.

No, it's actually not a Battletech mech. However, it most closely resembles a stylized Champion. The mech was named the Tenchi after a community member that passed away. It's a Heavy mech.
It was modeled and designed by Scanner.

Floating trees!
The ground looks very flat considering the pattern on it.
The rear most clump of trees (the floating group) looks wrong because the fog has a perfect, double straight line.
I'm not hugely fond of the Mech texture, but that's just personal preference.
Great render!

They aren't floating. Though I was thinking about altering the fog in photoshop to get rid of the extremely straight edge.

Its a very good render , the textures on the Tenchi are great, and so is the scenery, though i get the feeling thats something isnt quite right with the pic... i cant really identify it, perhaps its the trees or the ground, but nevermind, a good piece of work anyways

70 Hours? Holy crap!
What's the model of? It looks vaguely like a Champion, but with more than that 'mech has.

80 hours to render wow. Nice job though, and great pose on the 'mech. What program did you use to render in?
