commission forthis is a sketch of Sly cooper great ancestor Rioichi in the taur look. it's pretty cool that he's a playable character for the new sly cooper game. he kinda reminds me of one of the Assassins creed duds lol

Same here. I'm glad that I got the Sly Collection on the PS3 a while back which I have now become an instant fan of the series. I have the colored version of the pic in my gallery that you can check it out. ^^

Sure thing. For me the best moment in the Sly series is where Sly and his gang took down Neyla at the end of Sly 2 when she was as Clock-La.

Yeah which Bentley will end up like that for the rest of his life no thanks to Neyla. She was the reason what left a huge scar on Sly and his friends at the end of the game because of her obsession in merging with Clockwerk. I'm glad that she deserved to die. She ended up betraying everyone in the game left and right from Sly and his gang, Carmelita, Interpol and even her own boss Arpeggion who ended up killing him when she merged with Clockwerk. That was another motive of that Arpeggio's dream to merge with Clockwerk did not come true at all.

Welp, what have we learned here: Greed is the downfall of anyone, huh? And belive me, It was VERY necessary for her to die. Besides, I could just TELL from the first time she appeared, something wasn't right.

Yep. Even that became the downfall of Arpeggio. As for Neyla, she always wanted to try a way to sleaze her way out the easy way but it ended up backfiring on her. Even from her profile, it was mentioned that when she was in her college years, she allowed everyone to do her work for her instead of doing it by herself. That was when Interpol found out about her of what she was doing and caught her in the act. But Interpol was very naive to put their trust in her. I'm surprised that the college she was in they didn't end up expelling her in the process.
When she was in Clockwerk's body, I'm starting to think that the essence of Clockwerk was somehow consuming her because of the jealousy and hatred.

Yeah, I follow your logic completely. This may be off topic, but yesterday I started to play Sly 3 cause of you. I mean, hell, it's one of my favorite games in the series. If you've got any requests for some literature, dont be afraid to ask me. I may be a rookie in writing, but I'll still get it done.

Yeah Sly 3 is a fun game. Now that you mention it, Chapter 3 in where Sly and his gang go to Holland to get Penelope to join their group is one of my favorite chapters in the game. What I'm liking of the series how it's going to progress is that Thieves in Time picks up right after where Sly 3 left off. I have a feeling that Penelope will be coming back in the 4th game.

Same. Ah, I can only hope Sly's okay. From what I saw from the ending(though I vaguely remember), I think he got knocked unconsious. But, I'm not sure.

I'm sure Sly's fine. Besides, you can't kill off the main character like that very easily. What happened at the end of Sly 3 was that he faked his amnesia there just so that he can be with Carmelita. Obviously what is going to be happening in the 4th game is that the pages from the Thievius Raccoonus are disappearing. Because someone is altering history which could end up the Cooper legacy not only destroyed forever, but a possibility that Sly himself wouldn't exist.
Remember when Bentley said at the end of the 3rd game that he would develop a time machine? I have a gut feeling that it is going to appear for real in the 4th game. Why do you think that the next chapter in the series is going to be called "Thieves in Time"? That would mean that Bentley needs to get the gang back together for the 4th game.

He's going to be playable in the upcoming PS3 game Sly Cooper Thieves in Time. Here's the proof [link] . Also as an interesting sidenote, if you like and have seen the anime Cowboy Bebop for instance, Steven Blum(voice of Spike Spiegel from that anime) will be doing the voice of Riochi Cooper. ^^
