happy charm making....!!!! if this has helped you out even a LITTLE BIT, I'll be happy... :'D

What paint did you use, so it didn't smudge or dirty?

This is really cute, I'm gonna make one at some point
I have a question- I saw that there are three types of FIMO- Classic, Soft and Effect. What is the difference and which one is best for charms and such?

I only tried FIMO Soft and Classic, so I don't know about the rest. The final outcome is the same so I don't know which is best for making charms... Soft is well, softer to work with, though.

i heard putting liquid bandaid on your fingers and letting it dry will get rid of fingerprints.

This is super cute, i have a doubt: Can i make the fimo figure and save it for later in the fridge? so i can make more and when i finish all i bake it all together (to save gas) in the case i do not fishe it all the same day.
i hope iยดve explain my self well coz english is not my native language.

Actually you don't have to put it in the fridge - Fimo stays soft until you bake it... usually I just leave it and cover it with some parchment paper so no dust or anything gets on it...

I'm wondering, how do you glaze your piece well? When I try, it gets everywhere, I get tons of fingerprints in everything, and it doesn't look very good :/
๐: 0 โฉ: 1
whitefrosty In reply to Otakuprincess [2009-01-16 20:19:30 +0000 UTC]
the trick is to wait until it dries completely before you touch it XD... some things can be hard to glaze, so try to do one side, let it sit for a bit, and once its dry, paint the other side.... ^^
