An ink doodle I made of Hybris when I fell ill. This kind of thing is what I imagine to happen right when her male victim starts to notice there's something very.... off about the mare he is sharing his bed with. Hybris throws him to the side, and when he recovers from his fall, that is what he will see: the true identity of a mare he almost loved. A foul, cruel changeling with both a carapace and heart black as night, sharp and love-syphoning fangs bared and her expression wild like a predator."I am Hybris, your new Queen."

She looks freaking awesome, the stance alone is enough to dominate and combined with the hissing. drooling expression and fire in the eyes it leaves no illusion as to the outcome of this encounter. Depending on her mood that is, after all changelings feed on emotions and love in particular so she just might bend the rules slightly. Getting eaten has more than one meaning and when used next to a succubus it leaves a lot of room for imagination.
Fangs and eyes are what catches the attention the most I think, something about the feral look they have. Feral and captivating. Hind legs are sweet with good amount of muscles to rock those hips when in need, wings delicate and torn just as they should be. The way you shaded the tail is awesome, it looks all swirling and shifting, almost like solidifying liquid. And the carapace, splendid work as it does not only remind armour but also is armour, able to withstand some serious blows and resist piercing force of blades. Up to a point but still it looks way tougher than what is usually seen on changelings. A trait of a fighter.Β Also the way you shaded the neck, it has that reinforced quality like a collar.
True succubus in all of her glory, so well done. Hard to believe some time ago you asked people how to changeling, looks like you mastered that in no time.

Thank you kindly. Whereas normal ponies are generally flooffy, it was a nice exercise to draw a changeling with the hard, shining exoskeleton they possess. Ever since I created Hybris I have started to like them more and more (not that I didn't love changelings already). I'm glad you noticed how I tried to make her a strong being, emphasising the muscles on her legs without trying to lose the feminine charm.

Drawing changelings is fun, especially females. Each time I take on Chryssi I have more fun than I should. Got to draw some other changeling lady to have some diversity in the gallery. Now then, how many other such females I know?

Not much it seems. Too bad for you, Hybris is going to be next one. Oh dear, she just fits too well for the seductive-blood-covered theme (to be honest I started that back in winter but with all the turbulence and being busy it never got to be finished. Now I think I'll just start over again after I'm done with some pending drawings and general sickfuckery to be created).Β
