If you want to ask for my permission to use this as a CD cover/illustration/book cover/etc.: i'm sorry but it has been used up too many times. I'd like to give it a little peace now.About nonprofit uses, ask me in a note or in the comments section.
If you want this as a base for your tattoo: many people ask this so i thought i would tell in advance that you don't have to ask for my permission to put this on yourself, but i wouldn't mind taking a look at a photo of the resulting tattoo (especially if you yourself are happy with how it came out).

I would very much like to use this in as a side to my computercase if it's okay with you.
It's a nonprofit since it will be used as a computer case for my personal use, even though the guy that i will have make it, will advertise with how he made the pc overall which will therefore feature the image of your picture on the case...
Can we figure something out here?

I'm glad you like it~ Personally i like matte for pictures with dark backgrounds, and glossy for cartoonier things. Also i think matte would bring out the flames in this more than glossy.

There is another Phoenix, wich is like this, but it hast'n got your name on it, not even in the notes (she ''sells'' it as her own picture). I tried to comment under her picture that she has to tell you, that she drew a look alike so you can put it to your collection, but then she hid the comment!!!

I would really like to use this image as a wrap on my snowmobile. I submitted an idea to a local graphics designer and was told I would need the permission of the artist, and the image also has to be in vector form. I know it's a long shot, but I like it so much thought I'd take the chance and go ahead and ask - can I use this image on my snowmobile, and any chance if I can purchase it in vector format?

Hello, and sorry but no. I'd have to charge a fee for the usage of the unmodified image anyway. And i would only let you publish it with modifications if i approved of the modifications. In the future you could perhaps commission an artist for your works beforehand instead of playing roulette with copyrights.

Hi there, i have had this idea of a tattoo in my head for awhile now, it involves a pheonix, and since i am not skilled with drawing bird i have been looking or the perfect image.
