Bueno, les muestro mi forma de conmemorar el Mes de Power Rangers de 2022: con mi fanart crossover de Zayto (Dino Fury Red Ranger de Dino Fury) y Tarou Momoi (Don Momotaro de DonBrothers). Y como invitado el OC de un amigo de Facebook Jhon Edison Mena Gomez, que está basado en Void Knight de DIno Fury / Gaisorg de Ryusoulger: Blaze Knight.

Cuando terminé el artwork, me di cuenta, que esto fue básicamente un ejercicio de Tracing, usando algunas poses de Adorka Stock y the Pose Archives (ambos de DevianArt y Twitter), y practica de algunas herramientas de CLIP STUDIO PAINT, como el aerógrafo, (que vaya que facilita el hacer sombreado), y dibujar con capa de vectores (que es un poco más rígido que en Photoshop pero mucho más fácil de usar).

Algo curioso de descubrir fue que la altura del actor de Tarou (Kohei Higuchi), media de altura 1.86 metros, en comparación del actor de Zayto (Russell Curry), y el OC Blaze Knight (basado en la altura de mi amigo), que median ambos 1.76 metros. Así que tuve que adaptar más o menos todo para que DonMomotaro pareciera más alto.

Well, here it is, my way to celebrate Power Rangers Month 2022: my crossover fanart with Zayto (Dino Fury Red Ranger from Dino Fury) with Tarou Momoi (DonMomotaro from DonBrothers). Guest Starring, my Facebook friend (Jhon Edison Mena Gomez)’s OC based on Void Knight from Dino Fury / Gaisorg from Ryusoulger: Blaze Knight.
When I finished this artwork, I realized, this is basically a tracing exercise, using some AdorkaStock and the Pose Archives (both from DevianArt and Twitter), and practicing some tools from CLIP STUDIO PAINT, like the airbrush (that wow, it really makes shading easier) and drawing with vector layers (a little bit rigid than Photoshop but way easier to use).
It was kinda funny to discover how Tarou’s actor (Kohei Higuchi), was about 1.86 meters tall, tall compared to Zayto’s actor (Russell Curry) and Blaze Knight’s inspiration (my Facebook friend Jhon Mena’s), whose height ere both 1.76 meters aprox. So I had to adapt and make it so DonMomotaro looked taller than the others.
