The style is great! If you're looking for any ways to improve, I would suggest working on drawing hands as her fingers seem a bit too short. I would definitely work on colour, less is more. Instead of filling in block areas in the same colour, add some shade and leave the highlights with no colour. Try a few different ways and see how you feel, maybe a different type of pencil or even another material.
Pros: Nice design, style, composition, attention to detail is there with the creases in her clothing.
Cons: Colour is blocked in and looks rushed.

Thank you for your comment. I will work on drawing hands more. I have trouble with hands. I will defitnatly practice more on coloring. Sometimes I have my toddler with me fighting with my pencils, so I try to finish coloring quick. But thank you again for your comment!!
