So whats new! The harder shell is nearly impenetrable for starters. This new form actually has fingers, allowing him to grab opponents, pick things up, claw, and rip metal to shreds.

These bladed fingers can also revert inside of the hand to form fan blades. These wind canons can create enough force to generate tornadoes and knock down buildings. The fan in his shell can can also generate extreme wind, enough to knock over a town and create several tornadoes. However when the fan is spun in reverse the vents on the chest and back serve as a jet booster allowing him to fly at extreme speeds.

There's no power trade off cause that isn't a thing.

The design was partially inspired by Blastoise from Pokemon.
