Or at least the way I see most of them ^^These are the main ones for me and my favourites so I apologise if your favourites didn't make this list but them's the breaks!
They are doodles so forgive the shoddy colouring.
And I know that Mark Blackthorn has only been in it briefly but I'm so excited to read about him in 'The Dark Artifices'!! He's so cuuute!!!

I used to be into this series a lot because I really liked the mood and the concept of it, but as it focused more and more on Jace and Clary I got really bored and I eventually stopped 
Anyway, I have to sy that you did many of the characters justice! Most of them are pretty close to my own imagination, especially Simon, Jace, Alec and Raphael (Simon and Alec always used to be my favourite characters ... but I also was a fan of Isabella because she was such a -excuse my choice of words- bitch, but also so strangely friendly at the same time). Maybe Magnus could've looked a bit more eccentric, but apart from that ... really well done! 
And congrats on the approvement of Cassandra herself!

I figured valentine older and broad. Here he seems 30 and slender. The face expression is great though

How far are you in the books now?

Usually I read quickly over the description on how characters look. For example, only half way the book I started picturing Jem with white-gray hair and silver eyes (like in your other character chart).
I'm at 2/3 of Clockwork Angel. It had a slow start, but halfway through the book it is as exciting as the mortal instruments. Maybe that is because now I already know the world of the Nephilim, which crushed one of the arcs of tension.
I know it is going slow. This is because I finished "The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel" by Michael Scott in between (the last book appeared recently)

I very much enjoy reading COHF (although I wish Seb could of had a bit more redemption/understanding from the other characters - Joceyln in particular! I don't think she gave a shit at all, it was more like she was relieved he was gone because now she doesn't have to feel the shame as strongly.
