My entry for this month's Character of the Month Conest at . This time it was Blaze the Cat.
So, Blaze's element is fire. And fire is associated with the Phoenix as well as the Indian and Arabian cultures. So, this pic's a miss-mass of all three. I redesigned Blaze to give her a fiery, Persian queen sort of look, and also drew a Phoenix guarding her.
Overall, I'm happy with this pic. Though, I think the Phoenix looks kinda....meh.

I'd ssay this is probably some of your best work- And about the phoenix, if you maybe want to improve it, try to blend the colors together a bit more, or maybe make the lines a bit sharper. That might give the impression of real, stand-outy feathers.

I actually did. *facedesk* I worked three hours fixing the feathers, trying to make them sharper, but it wouldn't work. XD

This, looks quite stunning. The colors look nice and the Phoenix also looks incredible. The Muzzle on Blaze looks kinda... well.. kinda off. But I really do like it.

Heh ^^ Combinded my favourite Sonic Character and favourite mythical creature. But... the other phoenixes I've seen have been a bit brighter. Not saying yours isn't good, it's amazing ^^
