I watched the season 2 finale today. Wow, that had to be my favorite episode yet! XD I loved it, expecially the songs they sang. I really like Cadance! I think she is simply gorgous and I love her voice. I now have a Fav pony only next to Luna.(Luna had exactly THREE lines in this episode XD ) OMG Lyra spoke too! I thought her voice was beautiful too. ^^
Well I'm tierd, so I'll see you guys tomorrow. Hopefully I'll get to draw my new favorite villain too XD.
The only think I can't figure out is Why in the heck was Cadance a Foal Sitter???? She is a stinking princess. You would have thought they would have been a bit more cleaver on how Twilight and Cadance knew one another. . .

Why was she a foalsitter? Because like her aunts she is kind and caring, and it probably helped her learn responsibility.

An episode of the original cartoon. I don't want to say any more lest I spoil it. If you haven't seen the original cartoon yet, go do so when you have the time. It's worth watching.

The only thing I've watched from the original is the opening movie, but I'll give it a try.

Alright. The order is "Rescue at Midnight Castle", "Escape from Katrina", "My Little Pony: The Movie", the ten-parter "The End of Flutter Valley", and then the rest of the series. Though there is a bit of an order to that, too. "Ice Cream Wars" and "The Prince and the Ponies" occur after "Somnambula".

Loved the season 2 finale! And Cadence is also my favorite, next to Luna. I was frustrated at how little Luna was shown in the episodes.

My thoughts exactly. And when she flew in from outside the barrier where was she?? As soon as I saw that my mind went instantly to so many questions. Everyone of them revolving around Luna. I thought Shining Armor was fine. He Is a solider so being buff is kind of something that comes with the field.

One theory (from the POV series by Alex Warlorn, to be found on this site) is that upon joining the Royal Gaurd (Day Guard or Night Guard) the appropriate sister infuses you with a tiny part of her power. This is why they are all so buff, and the Night Guards have slit-eyes and membranous wings, tails, and manes.
