Ok I have another annoying question, dA only allows you to set something as you're icon if its bellow 15kb, how do I do that while not making the gif super blurry?

Oh, that issue.

Sadly, the only way I've been able to lower the size of my gifs is by removing frames.

It does, but you have to decrease the colors and it makes it very blurry
