Description
Finished the first panel, then merged all the colour layers and upped the green channel on the gamma levels a bit. I might desaturate when I'm done colouring.Tomorrow - panels two and three done.

At the upper left edge of the clouds, there is still too much white in my opinion. But that's just a detail, overall it's great. Will everything be colored, or just the opening pages?

Thanks, I'll fix that up this afternoon.
It's actually faster for me to draw something in pencil, scan it, and colour it in OpenCanvas than it is to draw it in pencil and then ink it. So in the interest of being prompt, I'm going to colour everything! Besides, I need the practice.
