I decided I needed a kid from a DC character, and so I chose one of my favorite villains.

Name: Vanessa Crane

Parents: Dr. Jonathan Crane (Scarecrow)

Age: 22

Power/Abilities: No powers, but has extensive knowledge of her father's work with fear toxins, as well as combat training, and a special scythe that she can collapse and carry with her.

Alias: The Reaper

Orientation: Homosexual/questioning

Stance: Villain, but starting to question her role

Occupation: Works at an oddities shop

Appearance: Vanessa has grey eyes and jet black hair, with a single orange streak in the front. She often wears dark colors, usually black, orange, and red.

Personality: She has an intense fear of rejection, thus she rarely lets anyone get close to her for fear that they will turn on her or abandon her. Once she does let someone get to know her, though, she can be a very loyal friend, but she does have a tenancy to be too intense, as well as being prone to sudden mood swings, made worse by exposure to her father's toxins.

Likes: Halloween, fall, darkness, bats, skulls, and other creepy things

Dislikes: Being rejected or hated, displeasing her father, failing at a task

Best Friends: None so far

Significant Other: None

Fun Fact: She was born on October 31st. Also, no one knows she is the Reaper.

Backstory: Vanessa was adopted by Dr. Crane when she was 10 years old. Her own parents abandoned her at the age of 5, and since then, she was moved from one foster home to another for her behavior, leaving her with a deep fear of doing anything that would get her rejected again. This is what drew Dr. Crane to her, and after taking her in, she would do anything to make him happy, including becoming part of his life of crime by the age of 18. She took the alias of Reaper, and started committing crimes on her own. 4 years later now, though, she's just starting to wonder if this is the life she wants, but is far too afraid to ever say anything to her father, for she knows it will make him angry. However, she is still hopeful that one day, she will be able to end her life of crime, and settle down somewhere to live a normal life.
