I decided to make Phoebe and Ezra's foster parents as adopts.

Name: Tyson and Nadia Banks

Hybrid: Up to the adopter

Age: Mid 30's to early 40's

Occupation: Foster parents

I don't have much backstory thought up about them, aside from them becoming foster parents after learning they couldn't have children of their own. They love every child that comes through their home, and many love them so much in return that they keep in touch even after being adopted and/or moving on. Phoebe and Ezra are very special to them because they came from an abusive home and experienced genuine loving parents for the first time with the Banks'. They're both very proud parents.
