Just pick any of the pics in the link, use an eyedropper tool in corel and sample the color from the the pic and you got your color.
Plus I dont think anyone is that critical on lunas hair color.

honestly, I love Luna, and this picture makes her look sooooo much sexier than normal, and I love this pic, great work mate, but the line below her tits and the line separating her legs from her mid-section... the line below her tits, shouldn't be there really, and the other line mentioned is too long, personally, it makes it look like she has a belly, and that just makes me sad because Luna isn't chubby, shes sleek and sexy!
I'm going to patch that up how I think it should look, upload it and you tell me what you think, after that I'll delete it.

Luna is one of my favorite ponies in the show. I don't normally fav. pony art like this, mostly because it's a kids show, but I going to make an exception here, because 1.) Luna is one of my favorites, 2.) You drew her so damn well. I like how you made her an anthro while sticking to her original design. What really set's yours apart is how you drew her breasts. I say this because as far as I can tell from the other artwork like this that showed up when I searched for Luna fan art, most of the works like this the artist gave her ridiculously big breasts, where you on the other hand you did give her breasts but you didn't go overboard. You aimed to make her look good and you accomplished that. Great job
