At last! A new spider plushie! This is a special breed of spider known as the Peacock Jumping Spider from Australia. They're just a few millimeters big in real life, and they have this flap on their abdomens that opens up when they do their mating dance. Their back middle legs are also a bit exaggerated for the mating dance purpose.

And of course, this is a fantasy colored one, though the real ones are quite colorful as well!

This spider was a commissioned piece. He is made of faux fur and minky, with custom painted eyes and a galaxy marked rear. He measures about 10 inches long. His butt and butt flap (technical names here) are both wired for posing, and the feelers in front of his fangs are also wired so that he may pose and hold things.
