It's finally finished! This big guy took so much work and time to create. He is just loaded with details from head to tail. My goal was to make as realistic a plush as possible, while still keeping it cuddly and durable. Brand new pattern here and I just love it
Can't wait to make more big cats!Specs:
Fabrics: High quality faux furs, faux leather paw pads, glass eyes
Size: 36 inches nose to rump, plus an additional 33 inch long tail.
Filling: Loosely stuffed with polyfil, with added plastic pellets in paws and belly.
Special: Has retractable plushie claws on all feet; stuffed squishy faux leather paw pads; All spots are hand painted

Beautiful how did you hand paint the spots exactly on the fur. I love the eyes. I’m looking to get info on all of this to try and make my own wolf plush as a try run. Looking to get info on where to get stuff like the eyes, nose and make it look as realistic as possible

really awesome job! there are not really any plush out there that are really looking like an accurate snowleo and this def does.
May I ask how you airbrush on fauxfur/fabric? Since I have a proper airbrush piece and compressor, this could come handy in future. I have tried to fix some colors on a cheap-fur old custom of mine, but I only have games workshop airbrush paints, which are mostly acrylic. They work on one hand, but on the other, the fur hardens, unlike plush I have with airbrush on them. And i´ve been wondering ever since, what color would keep up the fur smooth

And those blue eyes, they're so expressive and deep! It's interesting to note how different the expressions look depending on the angle, even though it's the same plush!
Gotta love these big cats <3. Few years ago, I made a jewelry pouch from felt (as seen in my avatar) featuring a snow leopard. Out of all the bigger cat species out there, I'd say they're my favourite together with cheetahs and Siberian tigers.
