A couple of button joint pattern plushie keychains done on commission of some very cute OC's
Their arms are sewn on, rather than attached by button, so the limbs are permanently set.

I'm sorry to hear about your troubles with other plush artists :/ I can understand and work with that budget though, no problem!
For your chary, I could definitely do a jointed keychain in that range. $35 without wings, or $45 with.
I could do a flat keychain for $20 without wings. $30 with.
I could also offer you a blob for $50 without wings. and $60 with.

I could probably do all his stripes and markings via copic marker or fabric paint, so that wouldn't be too bad. He'd be $40 plus shipping <3
