ooh i think what you see are just the white markings on the fox's forehead. i was looking at some ref pics of foxes and noticed a number of them had whiter areas on the foreheads. looks more bold here online somehow o.o i guess i should have gotten a close up of the face XD but there's actually some black lined eyes below the white marks.
