ok so let me start from the beginning.
I'm required to write a short essay about an artwork i see myself in. or explain how a piece of art reflects my personality.
and I chose this one.

I feel so sorry for her. Nobody would want to hug her without putting on a suit of armour first.
This is a beautiful picture. The light filtering from the top of the tank, lighting up the sediments in the water, and the bubbles in the tank are superbly realistic.
And the subject herself, the hair's done so well, I'd guess you were looking at a photograph. The quills sticking out of every part of her body make her seem hard to approach, but her eyes show a forlorn sort of longing, which is made even more clear by her hand, perfectly drawn pressed against the glass separating her and the apparent camera.
A very touching picture, full of feeling. It makes me think of the barriers people put between each other out of fear.
