Optimus PrimeI did these Transformers Kitbashes back in 2004. I just never bothered uploading the pix.
These were made by taking apart a Playskool Gobot (right), sculpting molding and casting new parts, then reassembling the figure with the new parts to make a Transformers G1 figure (left).

now I see why people hated the go-bots so much.
but from this kitbash, I say that it's a major improvement.

haha, thanks. Don't hate on the gobots too much, they did use ball and socket joints before transformers figured that stuff out. And Tux is just awesome.

oooh that's a really good one. too bad he still had to have a weird little hat on for it to work XD I guess making a hinged lid would be too hard..
