Description
Redux of Ejja, known as Lady Winter, a powerful fey spellcaster and general bent on covering all of the world in a sheet of ice and snow. Ejja is cold-hearted, even by winter fey standards, and it has been said her soul has never experienced love.It's also been said by some folks that they'd love to tap that. Those folks are all very dead now.
Further information to appear not here, as my players might see too much.

Thanks! And I like that you call it clean, especially since now most of the art I do I'd qualify as "dirty".
Actually, I meant the fact that it looks like everyone rolled around in blood, slime, and dung, but it could also mean the "dirty" kinda dirty.

I think by the time the PCs actually meet her, they'll be too full of bloodlust to think normal-lust thoughts. She's about to wreak terrible havoc on places and people they care about.
Well, even assuming one were able to get close to her and somehow schmooze her into the sack, she is a frozen fey critter. So expect a bit of frostbite or your tongue stuck to her like a frozen pole as ac reward for your diligence.

Endure elements won't protect you from severe cold. I recommend resist energy and such.
Also, we're talking a SEVERE Diplomacy or Bluff DC to get her to agree; even if she's technically interested, she's built up a good portion of her own personality as a virgin ice queen, and is more apt to respond to overtures with violence. Further pursuance starts getting into fey-rape territory, and that ends badly.

Is she one of the villains from the new 'Jade Regent' AP, or an original character of your own? She sounds good and dangerous in any event.

She's an original charachter, based off an old PC I ran in a short-lived spinoff of Savage Tide, set in Sasserine. I had each player make a neutral or evil character with a secret that I could use for adventure hooks and character development.
Ejja was, at the time, an unseelie fey-blooded human, using the template from Dragon Compendium. Her bloodline was from winter fey, which gave her this aura that made people adjacent to her take a penalty to all saving throws equal to her Charisma bonus. I played that as keeping her from ever experiencing love or tenderness, because no one could handle being close enough to touch her. So she grew up a cold, bitter young woman both desiring and terrified of emotional or physical connection.
Fast forward years later, and I'm reading the Pathfinder Campaign Setting. I see Irrisen, and I think, "Ejja would fit in great out here." So I'd originally planned a campaign where everyone would play Ulfens and assorted allies during the arrival of Baba Yaga, trying to stop Ejja's continued expansion of Irrisen's territory after the war. The campaign never happened, but when this latest group popped up, I realized an opportunity to bring her back.

I could write entire volumes about Ejja, and I time I will, since I expect to send the group on some quests to find items to help them defeat her.
