‘Can I request Pichu, Pikachu and Raichu having a breatholding contest underwater?’ - Noname0322These three Electric Pokémon wanted to see who was the best in aquatic situations, and their first challenge was who could hold their breath the longest. Pichu’s on top so far, with Pikachu starting to feel the burn, and Raichu almost ready to surface, showing size doesn’t matter when it comes to lung capacity.

Maybe the Pichu practised before hand, or has been diving before and hasn’t told them yet. Pikachu probably took some deep breaths before diving in, while the Raichu only took one quick breath?
