The protagonist, Susie, has landed on a planet that is completely submerged apart for the tips of some mountains, and in this scene has caught the attention and heart of an offscreen mermaid like character, who is unaware that Susie is running low on air. The anime is believed to be based off of a comic under the same name, but no copies have yet to be found.
