There is a strange shadow by the left of his nose, or is it me?

A hawkeyed comment! Yep, that shadow should be there (light source topright) but it doesn't look quite connected to the rest of it under & front of that nostril. Could be the reduction of the scan or it could be my drawing - I'll have to check now! Thanks for your attention to detail
