For undoing more than one thing, just do it, unless you're talking about photoshop, which is different.
And I made the custom brush. I can teach you if you want.

Scroll down on the brushes menu, and right click a grey rectangle.
Click "Pencil". A new brush will pop up.
Set "Density" to 35%.
And you're done. It's how I made my sketch brush.
