Hi Kiko, Lola (or Laura) certainly is Big Mom's daughter. It was supposed by the fans because she gave her mother's Vivre Card to Luffy's crew telling that she is a great pirate.
Then, recently we could see in the scans one of Big Mom's daughters who perfectly looks like Lola (the one in the top right corner).
