"This doodle bag is an upcycled lime green clutch purse by Old Navy that has been completely covered with one-of-a-kind, hand drawn illustrations. I simply took a twenty-four-color pack of Sharpies and got to work. The theme of this bag is the classic 90's Nickelodeon cartoon, "Doug." Depicted on the purse are portraits of nearly all of the colorful characters of Bluffington, along with their full names and respective catch phrases and/or theme music (spelled out phonetically to the best of my ability.) I'm a major Doug fan so I can assure you this bag is entirely accurate. I've even included some of the main alter egos of Doug himself and all four members of Doug's favorite band of all time, The Beets. Aw-wee-ooo, killer tofu.

This purse is roughly 11" wide, has a zipper closure and an additional inner zipper pocket. I used to make themed bags like these for my friends as gifts and they always would get tons of compliments whenever they would wear them out. The illustrations are quite durable and will last as long as the bag does if you use common sense. I would stick to hand washing or spot washing if it gets dirty, for instance, just to stay on the safe side. This purse comes signed by me on the inside, along with the name of my Etsy store if anyone asks you where you got it…and you know they will."
