Quite awesome! How is the fur in the face done?

Pretty much. Also panty hose pieces with fake fur that I cut to fit my forehead and the sides of my face. It's pretty low tech, low budget costume.

That's cool. I'm trying to find out ways I can make a more flexable mask for my costume. Yours looks pretty well fitting ^^. Great job by the way ^^

Sure. I posted how on a previous comment page:
"Thanks guys! If you wanna know how I did this I got the nose from this site [link] and it was the slush cast unpainted wolf/dog nose [link] It's made by these artists out of Canada that make all sort of animal prosthetics, which was great for me cause I unfortunately do not know how to work with latex so well. I cut the nose to fit my face then painted it using some sort of water-based ceramic enamels that I found at my Mom's house, I think they were made by Folk Art. Then I glued down some fur with Fabri-Tac. I made some additional fur pieces to go on my forehead and the sides of my face by gluing faux fur and Tibetan lamb's wool onto pieces of sheer pantyhose. Same with the fur on my spine, hips, and stomach--I just cut pantyhose into strips, placed them where they I thought they should go, glued down the fur while they were on me so they'd be molded to my body, then peeled them off so I could reuse them later. Now I just have to stick them back on with spirit gum when I wear them and maybe add a little extra fur directly onto my skin around them to hide the edges. For the hands I made sort of fingerless fur gloves by using the feet of the pantyhose and cutting out the fingers. Everything else that is furry is just sewn or glued with Fabri-Tac onto a flesh colored shirt and leggings I found on Ebay."
Hope that helps.

I'll admit, this left me speechless. I mean, I've seen movie makeup that is less detailed than this. I love tge details in this: the fur coming through the ripped shirt, the fact you made the wolf snout seamlessly fit on your face, the overall quality of the fur on the mask, and the fact you colored the fur on the left side of your mask, to match the pink in your regular hair. Is this latex, or is it an actual mask?
I'd love to make either a werewolf or Fox McCloud costume (or just mask) for next Halloween, using whatever you did to make this. Any way you could help me?

Very, very good ... very realistic ... gives strong meaning to the term, "3D Make-up".
Could you share some of the construction details? I would really appreciate knowing that. Thanks.

I've stared at this for ages trying to think of something to say - it's just incredible! Everything is so detailed, right down to the colours on the nose. I always want to go to work in fancy dress on Halloween - oh if I could do it like this!

Wow, that is awesome. Fantastic job! Looks super realistic. I really wish more werewolf movies would use old-school make-up and prosthetics rather than relying so much on CG. This looks better than half the shit I see in modern werewolf movies.
