Because Deviantart seems to enjoy playing around, I couldn't change the old art with the new one :s Is it me, or is that just weird?

Anyway, the newest and not going to change any more version of Blaze!!

By the time summer began for them, and when Young Justice kicks in, they slowly grow into something more.

Rose (Wilson) Madison
Lorena and Rose meet when Rose begins working at the same ice cafe Lorena works at. They share their sarcastic humour and become good friends over time.

Roy Harper
When Wally went out to help Roy out with moving into his new apartment, Lorena had eagerly volunteered to help out. During these days it appears he seemed to tolerate her presence. While Lorena has no problems being around him, though descibed him as someone with a fun-factor that could be measured with a tea-spoon.

Robin (Dick Grayson)
Robin too helped Roy out with moving in, and met Lorena. She only knows him as Robin and seem to both enjoy making jokes at Wally's expense. He likes her mostly from the start because he knows Wally likes her.

Kaldur
Like the others Kaldur joined in the moving fun as well. He and Lorena grew closer over discussing the people they were interested in. Having a bit of bonding time together.

Sven Ryan
Lorena's boyfriend who still lived in Colorado. During summer, when Lorena had been gone for a little over a half a year, he broke up with her because he didn't like having a long-distance relationship.

Powers:
Note that in the beginning of the story her powers slowly awaken. Starting with headaches that become worse. Her skin becoming immune to heat and fire being the first powers to gain.
When her headaches become more frequent and worse her skin begins to heat up. Environments are being drained of their energy, and thus dropping in temperature while she takes in the energy.
She then begins to unwillingly start fires when stressed. For example due to fear, anger, sadness or being nervous.
Then things become worse when she loses control over her powers. This is when Claire Selton explains who and what Lorena is, and offers to help her out in trade for something else.
Lorena refuses, and turns for help to her friend Wally West who in turn helps her with the Team.
Over time she learns to control very little of her flame, and barely knows what she can really do.

A little after the end of season 1, Blaze is offered training by Fire, a.k.a Beatriz da Costa.
After the time skip she learned each of these powers, and has full control of her flames and plasma form.

Pyrokinesis: Blaze can create and project a flame from her hands. She has full control over any fire she projects forth or fire in general.

Plasma Form: She possesses the physical ability to envelop her entire body or portions of her body with fiery plasma without bringing harm to herself. Ordinarily, when aflame, Blaze is enveloped by a low intensity flame of low level plasma (reddish orange flame), which ranges from 1 to 5 inches from her body. She can, however, generate much higher levels and flames about herself. The energy used to support her low-level plasma is small; only when Blaze wills her flame to a higher level she needs more energy to keep this state up. Shortening the limit of time she can remain in her plasma form.

Thermokinesis: The ability to mentally control the ambient heat energy within her immediate environment, even when she herself is not aflame. She can reduce objects' temperatures, raise them to several hundred degrees, or extinguish open flames. The heat energy she takes from the environment is absorbed into her own body. If she takes in a critical amount while she is not aflame, she will become aflame. There are unknown limits to the amount of flame he can absorb into her own body harmlessly while she is aflame.

Immunity to Fire & Heat: To be unaffected by heat and flames, including her own, even when part of her is aflame and the rest of her is not. Her flesh cannot be scalded or burned by any heat source whose level is below that of her maximum output.

Intangibility: While she can't extend her fire through solid objects she can allow solid objects to pass through her plasma form without injury.

Emotional Distress: Blaze still has allot of problems with keeping control over her flames, and involuntarily will start fires/set things or people on fire when emotionally stressed.
Physical Condition: Blaze’s physical condition (health, injury or exhaustion) limits her flame's duration.
Energy depletion: When using her flame/powers for a long duration of time, more energy of her own is used until the point she is completely drained and won’t be able to use her flame until she’s regained her energy. When crossing this line she’ll be rendered unconscious.

Background:
Lorena was born in Glenwood Springs, Colorado and was brought up on her family’s cattle ranch nearby; Bear Wallow Ranch.
When her father wanted to move and live on his own in Central City, her grandfather Raymond Boyd was disappointed. He had hoped his oldest son would one day take over the farm and keep it a family business.
Ever since she was a little girl she’d been fascinated with Superheroes. In Colorado on her Grandparent’s farm she still has her big wall dedicated to all the superheroes. She has no all time favorite.

Personality:
Lorena is a quick witted, sarcastic humoured girl who isn’t easily affected by flirty comments of boys. And tends to be the one flirting with them.
She enjoys eating, thus developing a love for cooking, and being slightly overweight due to lack of sports. (Which she dislikes)

Notes:
She’s adopted.
Low stamina due to her lack in exercise.
Lorena later learns the power to manipulate blue flames. An advanced version of Fire Manipulation. The user can create and control blue flames, which are far more hot and intense than ordinary orange fire.
She also develops the same powers her biological mother has, like the Pyroplasmic Form.
