She's wearing the female Grey Warden armor. If you play the game on the PC, you can use the console script to get it. Though the colors are from a mod I downloaded on dragon age nexus.
To get the armor, you gotta download a mod then type in a few codes to get the pieces of it. It's a bit of a pain to do, but worth getting. Oh yeah, there's no stats on the darn armor but hey at least it looks bad ass >.<;

I like how Sebastien is always trying to convert Fenris into believing in the Maker. Shame there's not an option where you can make Hawke stop dead in her tracks, turn to Mr. Princey then whisper something extremely dirty and naughty in his ear. Then watch as those pretty blue eyes of his go wide while his face turns beat red.
