This is Ellen. She is doing sit-ups, or attempting to do a sit-up, more like. Needless to say it isn't working very well.
Two in one day? Yes. I have been on a roll because I had the day off today. So here you go. If I do say so myself this one turned out very well, partially because I payed a lot of attention to detail. Stay tuned for #12!
