Turns out, making them embarrassed and increasing the heartrate of a shy muscle girl makes their muscles grow

If embarrassment is the cause this might turn into a run away reaction. Grow #1> clothes break #2> no clothes #3> maximum embarrassment @_@. A good team up I'd say!

If it's trigger when they are embarrased and by high heartrate the best way to have great result could be them in front of a lot of people.

So the conclusion here is: the more they get embarassed and the more they heartrate increase the bigger they get, we may need to do more test just to make sure... you know for science.
